In the year to July 2023, prices for the All-items CPI rose by 10.8 percent compared to the same month last
year. In July 2023, the CPI all-items index stood at 148.0, up from 133.6 in July 2022.

The CPI is a statistical estimate constructed using the prices of a sample of representative items whose prices are collected periodically.
Our office publishes quarterly CPI report (March, June, September and December) as well as an overall report each year.
